Basch joins Wake Forest as executive director, WFU properties

Wake Forest University has named Kenneth A. Basch executive director of Wake Forest properties.
Basch, who joins Wake Forest’s Real Estate office Feb. 15, will manage the university’s off-campus commercial, retail and residential real estate, including Reynolda Village, University Corporate Center, Reynolda Business Center and others.
Basch is vice president for campus planning and operations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Since 1981, Basch has held a number of administrative positions at Case Western Reserve, including associate vice president for facilities management and operations, assistant treasurer and director of administrative services.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing at The Ohio State University in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration degree at Case Western Reserve in 1980.
