Wake Forest Wind Quintet to perform music by Poulenc

The Wake Forest University Faculty Wind Quintet and Wake Forest pianist Peter Kairoff will perform Francis Poulenc’s sextet for flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn and piano at 8 p.m. Jan. 30 in Brendle Recital Hall.
Members of the quintet are Kathryn Levy, flute; Ann Lampidis, oboe; Eileen Young, clarinet; Rebecca Hammontree Libera, bassoon; and Robert Campbell, horn.
The quintet will open the concert with “Pastoral” by Vincent Persichetti and three pieces from “On the Overgrown Path” by Leos Jancek.
