Veterans honored at WFU annual ceremony

Wake Forest University and the Wake Forest Army ROTC program will honor those who have served the United States through military service at a Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Nov. 10.
The event, which will be held at the flag pole in Perritt Plaza located between Benson University Center and Reynolda Hall, is free and open to the public.
All veterans in attendance will be recognized and presented with a small memento in honor of their service. Speakers will include Cadet Battalion Commander and Wake Forest senior Michael Preczewski, Lt. Col. Keith Callahan, professor of military science, and Michael Hughes, professor of history.
The event is sponsored by the Wake Forest military science department (ROTC).
