Nanotech welcomes its new Buisness Development Manager: Bob Summers. Bob's immediate priorities include development of our corporate affiliates group and development of joint development programs.

Nanotech announces the formation of a new corp of volunteers. The Nanotech Volunteers will play a central role in helping Nanotech achieve its outreach goals.

The Nanotehnology Review to launch soon. A new popularization of our newletter that will cover nanotechnology news, region-wide, is set to appear this winter.

The Nanotech Center celebrated its 5th year anniversary this past Oct. 19th. The event featured Dr. Thomas Webster of Brown University as keynote speaker, as well as spekaers from USC, UNC, NCState, and WFU. The day long symposium was attended by 50 attendees. Thank you to all those that made this event possible.
