Raymond Björlingis the grandson of famed Swedish tenor Jussi Björling, and is well known in his own right throughout Europe as a tenor of great expressive power and lyric beauty. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Jussi Björling, his grandson will present a recital of songs and arias associated with the elder Björling, and will add personal comments and reflections about his grandfather, whom many consider to be the greatest tenor of the 20th century.
