This LDOC, make sure you`re being kind to your mind! Stop by the IC to build your own self-care and snack kits for finals! We`ll have a variety of self-care items (shower steamers, face masks, fuzzy socks, fidgets, etc.) as well as various snacks from Super G to celebrate the end of the IC`s AHM observance, but also the official national start of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May!

The Intercultural Center’s Shaping the Legacy End of Year Celebration serves to highlight the successes and celebrates students, faculty/staff, and alumni for their dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion by enhancing the experiences of students of color at Wake Forest University. Award categories are: 

Rising Star(s), Outstanding Greek Letter Organization, Outstanding Student Leader, Student Organization of the Year, Student Engagement, Larry & Beth Hopkins Legacy Award.

Shaping the Legacy 2024 will be hosted on April 23rd from 4 PM – 5:30 PM in the Green Room – Reynolda Hall.

Consider nominating someone you know who might be deserving of one of these awards. Full descriptions are on the nomination form.

The RSVP to attend and award nomination form can be found in the Linktree in our bio. This event is open to all members of the Wake Forest community. Business casual attire!

Physical Wellbeing melds our needs for responsible consumption, activity, and rest-driven renewal. Think of it as the intersection of nutrition, diligence, and decompression.This time around we will be doing a group wellness walk around campus.

Feel free to join us from the start or join us if you see us already starting our walk! We will meet in the Intercultural Center at 1 PM. See you tomorrow!
