Labrador Inuit

One model shows what one type of house, or igloo, with a dome looked like. Do you know what the dome was made of? (Snow blocks) Did you know that snow houses were used by a group of people called the Inuit? They were only used during the winter. In the summer the Inuit lived in tents or earth houses. What else do you see? (kayak, dog sled, open boat called “umiak”)
