For Students
The Student Advisor Program
As a Wake Forest University undergraduate student, you are constitutionally guaranteed the right to counsel throughout the judicial process and are encouraged to seek guidance and support from a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor Program has been established to answer questions you may have about the judicial process as well as help you prepare and present your defense during Honors & Ethics Council and Administrative Hearings.
Student Advisors, trained through an orientation program in conjunction with Honor and Ethics Council members, represent the most qualified individuals to handle your particular case. Although you may represent yourself, we strongly suggest that if you have any questions concerning the judicial process that you contact the Coordinator of the Board of Investigators and Advisors.
PLEASE CALL FOR AN ADVISOR IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THIS NOTIFICATION OF YOUR HEARING. Advisors need ample notice prior to your hearing to discuss the incident with you.
