Request Training Assistance
Submit a Service Desk ticket with your training request with ResolveIt by following these instructions:
- Click here.
- Enter your current WFU username and password.
- Click Login button.
- Click Submit or Review Requests link.
- Click New Request.
- From the dropdown menu next to Summary choose either Training: IS Training Question or Issue OR Training: IS Training Request.
- Enter callback telephone number, enter specific details, then click Save.
- Click Logout.
