Action for the Control of Cardiovascular Risk in Diabetes Trial (ACCORD).  This is an NIH funded ($270 million) multi-site trial coordinated through WFUSM that involves over 10,000 participants and 70 sites across the US and Canada.  I gave a 2 hour presentation at a training seminar that involved approximately 10 hours of preparation and travel.
