Human Resources is responsible for the administration of the University's benefits programs. Human Resources is committed to administering the University's policies and procedures regarding workplace issues including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in a fair, equitable and consistent manner.

HR Partnering (generalists)
Human Resources is committed to providing guidance and support to leaders and staff of designated departments on issues related to performance management, employee relations, leadership development and change management. As HR Generalists, the HR Partner can answer many employee and manager questions regarding benefits, employment, work life, professional development and learning, and compensation and serve as liaisons with their HR colleagues for issues that require specific functional expertise.
