Elder Care Services
Elder Care Choices is a benefit provided by your employer to help you manage work and family responsibilities. There is no charge to you for using this service. When you're working and taking care of elderly relatives, Elder Care Choices counselors can help you by doing the research for appropriate services and resources. The person you call us about can be any older adult anywhere in the United States for whom you provide care.
