Education Assistance Plan for Employees
Summary of Benefits
- Full tuition for undergraduate study in WFU College or at
the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy
- $1,791.50 per year at another institution, if the course
or degree program is directly related to the essential functions
of the employees position or department
- Concession does not apply to courses requiring individual instruction
- Eligibility - 2 years of full-time continuous service
Tuition Concession for Dependents (Undergraduate Courses Only)
Summary of Benefits
- 94% tuition paid annually when attending WFU
- Full-time students must qualify and apply for the North
Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant (NCLTG) for attending WFU
- $5,450.16 per year when attending another institution, including
certificate programs at qualified technical schools
- $54,501.16 lifetime maximum per employee (this limit refers
to amounts paid to other institutions)
- If both parents are employees, the full concession is available
to each
- Tuition concession applies only to the cost of tuition
and academic fees
- Eligibility - 3 years of full-time continuous service
