Alice Sherman

Hello! My name is Alice Sherman and I am ecstatic to be back at the University as the Assistant Director of Residence Life after a two year trip around America!
I began my career at Wake Forest in April of 2000. During that time my responsibilities included overseeing the on campus assignments area, coordinating departmental assignments statistics and implementing the new Residential Management Systems Housing Assignments software. In October of 2006, I accepted a position with the RMS, Inc. software company as Director of Sales which entailed visiting hundreds of university housing offices around the U.S. helping them to evaluate their business processes and move forward with assignments related technology.
The allure of my beloved WFU called my name again in 2008 and as a result, I am back! I now oversee all undergraduate housing assignments including On and Off Campus residents. I main goal is to implement more online self service technology to streamline the assignments process for all students; adding sustainability and convenience to what can often be a tedious and stressful process for students – choosing a home at WFU!
