Polo Residence Hall

Polo Residence Hall opened in 1998, completing the residential community near Martin Residence Hall and the Student Apartments. Housing 194 upperclass students in an apartment/townhouse-style combination, the majority of the residence hall is comprised of single rooms. Within each townhouse, four students share a kitchen, living room, and two baths. The individual apartments house two students that share a kitchenette, living/dining area, and one double occupancy bedroom. This private residential area has been constructed with additional common area space for studying, group activities, and residential area functions. Four student organizations also have offices within Polo Hall. The cornerstone of the building is the main lobby, which is a two-and-a-half story rotunda that may be used for studying, gathering, and socializing.
