Guest Apartments
Welcome University Guests
Wake Forest University offers to all departments the use of convenient,
on campus housing in our Guest Housing Facilities. A total
of ten apartments are available, and for your convenience, we have
short, and long term reservations available.
The apartments provide an affordable and welcoming atmosphere for
any visiting faculty or staff member of the University. Our guests
are within a short distance to grocery stores, restaurants and all
the amenities of Reynolda Village, complete with fine dining and beautiful
gardens to enjoy.
A designated parking space is provided with each guest apartment
within the Faculty/Staff Apartment Complex, with additional
space provided on Allen Easley Street and behind building ten.
We ask that each person utilizing the facilities follow University
policies during their stay. Please be courteous of neighbors and abide
by the University’s no pet policy while staying within our guest
accommodations.
Amenities 
Located in Building One of the Faculty/Staff Apartment Complex,
Guest Housing consists of spacious two bedroom, one bath apartments
with an open floor plan. Each apartment is comfortably furnished with
many of the conveniences of home, including dishes, assorted cooking
utensils, fresh linens, and a color television.
All of our apartments include heat, window air conditioning, water,
cable, wireless Internet capability, local telephone service, as
well as access to washers and dryers for those guests who plan to
stay long term.
Reservations 
Reservations are accepted in writing, either electronically, or regular
mail service on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that
a reservation must be cancelled, you must notify the Office of Residence
Life and Housing at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid
being charged the full amount of the reservation.
Keys are available after 12 noon on the first day of the reservation
and need to be returned to the Office of Residence Life and Housing
no later than 12 noon on the day of departure.
Late return of keys may result in an additional charge.
