Faculty / Staff Apartment Complex


WELCOME!

The Faculty/Staff Apartment Complex is located on the Reynolda Campus of Wake Forest University at 2200 Allen Easley Street. This community consists of 72 spacious, well designed two and three bedroom floor plans. Conveniently located and minutes away from beautiful downtown Winston-Salem, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Reynolda Village and wonderful schools.

Maintenance-free living can be yours in apartments that are personally cared for by our Facilities Management Team. We pride ourselves on beautiful grounds, maintenance-free and comfortable, convenient living.

Amenities

The complex is located on the beautifully landscaped campus of Wake Forest University, which includes bike and walking trails in Reynolda Gardens and a gated community after 10:00 PM.

The majority of the 72 apartments feature wall-to-wall hardwood flooring, a few terrace level apartments have carpeting, spacious, combined living room and dining areas. Kitchens have been newly renovated with wood cabinets, new counter tops and vinyl flooring. Appliances include stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal.

All apartments include mini-blinds, smoke detectors, storm windows, wireless Internet capability, built-in bookcases, and daily trash pick up.

Each building on the main level is provided with washers and dryers. Our three-bedroom apartment units also include washer and dryer hookups in the kitchen areas.

Each apartment also includes a separate and private storage unit located on the main level of each building.

Rent Inclusive

The rental of each Faculty/Staff Apartment includes cable television, wireless Internet capability, heat, water, and use of washers and dryers. The tenant is responsible for providing his/her air conditioning units, as well as electricity and telephone.

Wake Forest University provides long distance and local telephone service through the Telecommunications department, with competitive long distance rates, voice mail, call waiting and caller ID services available.

Parking/Pet Policy

One designated parking space is provided behind each building for each apartment. Additional cars or guest vehicles can park along Allen Easley Street or in the additional spaces located behind building ten.

Pets are prohibited in the apartment.

Recycling & Trash Disposal

Wake Forest University provides daily removal of trash and recyclable items. For your convenience, they are located directly behind designated apartment buildings. There are large trash receptacles for both non recyclable and recyclable items.

Eligibility & Lease Information

All full time employees of Wake Forest University, Reynolda Campus, Medical School, Bowman Gray Campus, Reynolda House, and the Graylyn Conference Center qualify to live in the Faculty/Staff Apartment Community.

Due to the demand and mission of the apartment complex, there is a six (6) year term limit on the amount of time tenants may reside in the apartments.

All leases begin on the 1st or the 15th of each month and are agreeable to one year, renewed annually on July 1. Deposits are required upon rental, and are equal to one month’s rent. Rent is payroll deducted where applicable.
