Off Campus Housing

• Online Registration for Spring 2010 Off Campus Housing is due by Thursday, January 7, 2010.
• Log in (Use your WFU Username & Password) to the Gateway to Online Housing to Register in three simple steps:
  1. Enter your Spring 2010 Off Campus Address details
  2. Enter your Spring 2010 Landlord Contact Information
  3. Enter your Spring 2010 Meal Plan preference (optional).
• All students choosing to live off campus must receive written permission from our office prior to signing any off campus lease arrangement. Once your online registration is complete, you will receive an approval e-mail authorizing your off campus housing plans.
• All undergraduate students who have not completed this process by Thursday, January 7, 2010 will be considered non-compliant with University Policy.  You will be notified via e-mail of your non-compliance.  Each additional request for action will result in administrative fines being levied against your student account.
• Once you voluntarily move off campus, you are reclassified as a non-resident student and will no longer be eligible for any part of guaranteed campus housing (including Greek Block housing).
• Meal Plans are new!
  1. Information is available online at the Aramark Campus Dish website.
  2. Your meal plan selection will be for the entire 2009-10 academic year.
  3. Spring 2010 meal plan increases and decreases can be made from Friday, December 1, 2009 - Friday, January 1, 2010.
  4. Spring 2010 meal plan increases only can be made from Friday, January 1 - Tuesday, February 2, 2010.
  5. All meal plan change requests will be submitted through the Gateway to Online Housing website.
