Memberships Brochure
IMPORTANT Room Selection Information
Choosing a Dining Membership Plan
All
students
living on campus are required to purchase a Dining Membership Plan.
Different Dining Membership Plan options are available dependent
upon where you choose to live for fall. Dining Membership Plan
selection will take place during the Fall Room and Dining
Selection process. Be prepared to select a Dining
Membership Plan and complete and
sign
your Residence Hall and Dining Agreement when
choosing your room.
Detailed Dining Membership Information is being provided to you
in a separate brochure
published by our dining services provider, Aramark.
Terms and Conditions of the Residence Hall and Dining
Agreement
- You will purchase a set number of meals per week for the entire
academic year; whereby you will be financially obligated
for fall and/or spring semester dining services charges (depending
on Study Abroad status).
- Your meals will roll over from week to week (with the exception
of the All in One Plans), but not from semester to semester.
- If you petition to be released from your Residence Hall and
Dining Agreement for reasons other than leaving
Wake Forest University, there is no guarantee that your request
will
be honored.
- If you do not select a Dining Membership Plan, you will be automatically
assigned the 14 meals/week option.
- With the exception of the All in One Plans, meals can only be
eaten in Reynolda Cafeteria or the Magnolia Room,
and
all meals
are "all
you care to eat." All
other dining facilities will require either Deacon Dollars or
cash/credit
payments, excluding the All in One Plans. You may sign up for Deacon
Dollars when you receive your student financial statement.
IMPORTANT Room Selection Information
If you assign a PROXY to represent you at room
selection, please remember that your Proxy must also select your
Residence Hall and Dining Agreement as well.
If your Proxy is not prepared to select your Dining Membership, you
will be automatically assigned and charged for a 14 meals per week
plan. |
