Chapter Evaluation

The Greek Life office at Wake Forest University oversees the 23 fraternity and sorority organizations. In an effort to have continual feedback from the organizations, the Office has created ongoing evaluation forms for each chapter to complete throughout the academic year.

Each report can be found by logging into WIN and following the specific steps

  • Log into WIN
  • Click "InfoCentral"
  • Click "Forms and Documents Library"
  • Click on folder "Information Systems Student Programs"
  • Click on the name of each specific report

Brotherhood/Sisterhood Event Report

The purpose of this online report is to help each chapter monitor their current status in a founding value that all fraternities and sororities share, and to inform the Greek Life Office about positive, alcohol-free events within our Greek community.

A Brotherhood/Sisterhood Event Report cannot be duplicated for a Community Service/Philanthropy Event Report, Scholarship Initiative Report, or Chapter Involvement Report.

Fraternity and Sorority chapters should have no fewer than two brotherhood/sisterhood events reported per semester.

Chapter Involvement Report

The purpose of this online report is to help each chapter monitor their current status in a founding value that all fraternities and sororities share, and to inform the Greek Life Office of the diversity of the chapter membership’s involvement.

An Involvement Report cannot be duplicated for a Community Service/Philanthropy Event Report, Brotherhood Event Report, or Scholarship Initiative Report.

Fraternities/Sororities should have no fewer than 50% of their chapter involved in at least one other organization in any given semester.

Scholarship Initiative Report

The purpose of this online report is to help each chapter monitor their current status in a founding value that all fraternities and sororities share, and to inform the Greek Life Office of positive initiatives that fraternities and sororities are implementing to improve their academic standing.

A Scholarship Initiative Report cannot be duplicated for a Community Service/Philanthropy Event Report, Brotherhood Event Report, or Chapter Involvement Report.

Fraternities/Sororities should have no fewer than two scholarship initiatives reported per semester.  These initiatives cannot be duplicated in the same academic year.  For example, Study Hall should be used only as one initiative in a single academic year.  The chapter would be eligible to use Study Hall as an initiative for the following academic year.  At least one initiative per semester should benefit Active Members, or the entire chapter.

Community Service/Philanthropy Event Report

The purpose of this online report is to help each chapter monitor their current status in a founding value that all fraternities share, and to inform the Greek Life office of positive, alcohol-free events within our Greek community.

A Community Service Event Report cannot be duplicated for a Brotherhood/Sisterhood Event Report, Scholarship Initiative Report, or Chapter Involvement Report.

Fraternities and sororities should have no fewer than two brotherhood/sisterhood events reported per semester.
