Andrea Cox serves as the Program Coordinator for the Healthy Exercise & Lifestyle ProgramS (HELPS) in the department of Health & Exercise Science at Wake Forest University.  Andrea works closely with program participants and coordinates the admission of new participants into the program.  In addition to her work with participants she also manages the administrative responsibilities within the office.  Andrea is the editor of the WFU HELPS Line, a bimonthly newsletter which is distributed to participants in the program.  Throughout the year, Andrea works hard to develop and coordinate special events and fundraisers for the HELPS program.  She also works closely to assist in developing and maintaining close working relationships with outside referral sources.  If you are interested in learning more about the HELPS program, feel free to contact Andrea at (336) 758-5853.

When not working, Andrea enjoys time spent with her family and pets.  She is actively involved in her church through participation in the church choir, as a teacher for an adult Sunday school class and her involvement in various women’s bible studies throughout the year.
