O. W. Wilson Scholarship
Begun in 1986, the O.W. Wilson Scholarship provides up to one scholarship to cover the annual cost of tuition, room and board, plus $1500 for personal expenses. Wilson Scholars are honorary Carswell Scholars who are encouraged to apply for up to $2000 for a research, study, or travel project during each of the three summers between the first and senior years. Wilson Scholars also receive an extra $500 allowance for expenses related to one semester at a Wake Forest overseas program. The Scholarship Committee seeks students who have clearly superior records and excellent potential. The Wilson Scholarship is renewable for subsequent years with satisfactory academic achievement. |
