The Bobbie Fletcher Memorial Scholarship
The Bobbie Fletcher Memorial Scholarship provides one scholarship to cover the annual cost of tuition, room and board, plus $1500 for personal expenses. Fletcher Scholars are honorary Carswell Scholars who are encouraged to apply for up to $2000 for a research, study, or travel project during each of the three summers between the first and senior years. Fletcher Scholars also receive an extra $500 allowance for expenses related to one semester at a Wake Forest overseas program. The Fletcher Scholarship is awarded based upon ability and leadership to a female from North Carolina, possessing the qualities of thoughtfulness and determination. The scholarship is renewable for subsequent years subject to satisfactory academic achievement.
