The 990 and 990-T are annual information returns for organizations exempt from tax on some or all of their income. The IRS regulations require that these tax returns filed by the University be available for public inspection. The most recent returns are available in the Controller's Office, Reynolda Hall, and in the Tax Office at the FAS House (2598-A Reynolda Road). In accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 6104 and its Regulations, copies of Form 990 and 990-T for year ended 6/30/08 are available for $10.40 plus postage (copies of 6/30/07 are available for $12.90 plus postage), or can be viewed in situ free of charge. Prior year forms are provided here for viewing and/or printing. These pdf forms are suitable for inkjet or laser printing, but may be difficult to read on screen except at higher magnifications. Requests for hard copies of prior year returns may be made by sending 15¢ per page and a self- addressed stamped envelope to WFU Tax Director, P.O. Box 7201, Winston-Salem, NC 27109.
