Rented Vehicles

Vehicles rented for University Business are covered for both liability and physical damage losses. There is no need to purchase additional coverage.

Certificates of Insurance

Certificates of insurance are required from all vendors and contractors providing service to the University. Please forward a copy of all certificates or a request for certificates directly to the Office of Financial & Accounting Services.

Employee's Personal Property

There is no coverage under the University's insurance program for the personal property of employees.

Leased / Loaned Equipment

Insurance coverage is not automatically extended to equipment on loan or leased to the University. The responsibility of a loss to any of this equipment needs to be discussed before accepting the equipment or processing a lease agreement. Call Financial & Accounting Services (x4197) with questions or concerns.
