COMMERCIAL INSURANCE CLAIMS MANUAL

Introduction

This manual has been developed to assist University constituencies in understanding the parameters and coverage afforded under the Wake Forest University Commercial Insurance Program. Departmental roles and responsibilities, and claims reporting and management are discussed.

The primary purpose of this manual is to serve as a body of information and reference for questions or issues concerning:

• the types of coverage available,
• deductible amounts,
• reporting claims
• key points of contact
• and additional information to facilitate the claims reporting process and heighten awareness of the exposures found at the University.
