Welcome to Student Financial Services:

Student Financial Services invoices all student account transactions, including tuition and fees, housing, Deacon OneCard additions, dining plan, fines and other miscellaneous charges incurred throughout the academic year. We manage the billing and collection of student accounts and provide customer service and account analysis to students and parents/guardians. Important Dates to Remember:

Fall charges are due August 1
Spring charges are due December 1
First Summer Session charges are due June 1
Second Summer Session charges are due July 1

Accessing DEAC:

Students
DEAC through WIN. Click on Online Bills.

Parents and Authorized Users
Once students have enabled your access, click here or use the Parent login in the left sidebar. Parents may also access DEAC from the Parent page on the Wake Forest web site by clicking the DEAC (Manage Accounts) link.

Guest Payers
Guest Payers have the ability to pay toward a student's account but do not have access to view any account details. Login here or by using the Guest link on the left sidebar. Guest Payers must have the student’s 8-digit student ID number in order to make a payment to his/her account.
