Billing Information

Statements are processed and mail the first week of each month. Unless otherwise noted, all charges appearing on the statement are due by the end of that month. Payments received by the last business day of the previous month will appear on the statement. Students, parents and others (authorized by the student) can view up-to-date account activity by logging onto in the Deacon Electronic Account Center (DEAC).

Please note the following payment dates that are due the same time every year:
Fall Semester charges are due August 1st.
Spring Semester charges are due December 1st.

Deposits for the Fall Semester are due by March 15th**
First Summer Session (Summer I) charges are due by June 1st.
Second Summer Session (Summer II) charges are due by July 1st.

**Deposits: Each year, all students returning for the Fall Semester are required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit. Requests for this payment are mailed in February and payment is due by March 15th. Credit balances on the student account can be applied toward the fall deposit. If you decide to use this option, please note that preference on your deposit form before mailing. Blank deposit forms can be found in the Forms section of our website.

If payments are not received by the corresponding due date listed above, an academic hold will be placed on the student's account which will prevent the student from confirming their class schedule or making any changes to it. Non-payment may also result in the cancellation of classes.
