Secondary Education - Mathematics (9-12)

Prospective secondary mathematics teachers major in mathematics and minor in Education.
The Licensure minor is 26 hours and leads to a North Carolina teaching license. The Non-licensure minor, which does not include student teaching, is 14 hours. See advising checklists.

Math 112, 113, 121, 321, 331, 357, (211 or 311), and three other courses beyond 113.
