Contingency Plans for Dr. Kristin Bennett
Pandemic Plans for Fall 2006
Educational Psychology – EDU 311
In the event of a pandemic that necessitates continued instruction at a distance from the university, the following plans for students should be followed in order to continue instruction and complete course requirements with a limited amount of disruption.
All students are enrolled in the Educational Psychology FA 06 Blackboard Course. All information about the course will be placed in Blackboard for students to access at any time. I will post all of the course materials for the semester in BB by the end of September. Students should download ALL materials to their computer in the event that a pandemic limits internet access. The following materials should be downloaded:
- Schedule
- Syllabus
- Major Assignments
- Any other materials placed in the Course documents folder
- Lists of helpful websites
Students should use their required course texts and the accompanying CD-ROMs to supplement understanding of the course material.
Students are able to contact me via snail mail and email. In the event that Internet access is limited and snail mail is the only method for contact you will be provided with complete access information for me at home, including phone numbers.
In the event of an event that necessitates continued distance instruction, deadlines for submission of assignments are included on the course schedule, but should be considered as flexible, not fixed, deadlines.
