The MFA class of 2011 presented a student film screening series to showcase their MA thesis films. From a boisterous and unpredictable man's quest to win a seat on the Gainsville City Council to a duo of unlikely friends attempting to repair an impoverished Haiti, the films cover a width range of topics.
The filmmakers also participated in a Q&A session where they discussed the inspiration for each of their films as well as struggles they faced along the way.
