Congratulations 2008 Graduates!
Congratulations to the Class of 2008! Fifteen counseling students were awarded the Master of Arts in Counseling on May 19. Plans for the future include:
- Six of the fifteen members of the class of 2008 are headed directly to doctoral programs at Idaho State, NC State, Syracuse, Old Dominion and Penn State.
- Others have positions as school counselors in DC, Raleigh, Atlanta, Winston-Salem & Vienna.
- Several plan to work in community agencies including one graduate who is moving to Bermuda.
- One graduate will assume an entrepreneur role producing and marketing materials to promote character education in schools through music.
