Recruited to start-up and oversee daily operation of new off-site clinical services with Forsyth Memorial Hospital. Designed, implemented, and supervised 7 new treatment programs and Partner’s MBHO (Managed Behavioral Health Organization) for substance use disorders (intensive outpatient and detoxification) utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach.

Recruited for lead management of a 24-bed, inpatient, locked chemical dependency unit in a private psychiatric hospital. Duties included: supervision responsibilities of 20 clinical staff (counselors, nurses, and mental health workers), budget, clinical program supervision, and marketing strategies.
