Ms Caldwell received her B.S. degree from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her M. S. degree from Wake Forest.  Before working at Wake Forest she was employed at USAirways in customer service and marketing.  In 2001 she joined Wake Forest in the Department of Athletics where she manages the academic services for student-athletes.  In 2005 she became Assistant to the Dean and serves as liaison between the Dean’s Office and the Department of Athletics.
