Mr. Bland is a Wake Forest graduate (B.A. and M.A. degrees), having begun his professional career at Wake Forest in 1975 as Director of Residence Life. He then assumed responsibilities as Associate Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Director of Academic Counseling (Athletics), and finally as Associate Director of Athletics for Administration in 2000. He joined the Dean’s Office in 1989 and has served as academic liaison between that office and the Athletic Department. Mr. Bland also serves as Secretary to the Judicial Council.
