Change of Address Registration Form


As a nonimmigrant student/scholar residing in the U.S., you are required to register a current address with both the Center for International Studies (CIS) and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). If your present address changes, you must notify the BCIS and CIS of your new address within ten days of the change.

*Note* A failure to have a current address registered with the BCIS could have a negative effect on your nonimmigrant status. You may inform the CIS of any address change by filling out and submitting the on-line change of address form below. Once this form is received, your information will be updated in the SEVIS system.
