Description of Research
Research interests center upon the utilization of organized assemblies (cyclodextrins, surfactant micelles and vesicles, liposomes, polymers, inverted micelles) to enhance chemical analysis and separation science techniques. Examples of specific projects include the use of such media to aid in the preservation of clinical and environmental samples. That is, the adsorption of analytes upon their container surfaces and/or their degradation/decomposition reactions can be greatly diminished in the presence of appropriate ordered media. --READ MORE--
