The Job Search Process
The job search process is just that - a process. This process should include, but is not limited to, identifying your personal job and career goals, identifying employers whose goals mesh with yours, researching employers of interest, writing resumes and cover letters, initiating contact through networking, on-campus recruiting, or other means, and arranging interviews.
Keep in mind that your goals and interests may change over time, so you may find yourself repeating this process if your aims and objectives change.
