Who Can Use The Facilities?
Current students, faculty and staff of the Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus have full access to all of the recreational facilities on the Reynolda Campus. They are entitled to use the facilities whenever the fields, gyms, pool etc. are not reserved for classes, intramural sports, club sports or special events. Family Passes for Reynolds Gymnasium
At no charge, spouses or dependents of students, faculty and staff of the Reynolda Campus may gain access to the Reynolds Gymnasium facilities. The sponsor can obtain the pass from (Reynolds Gym Rm. 214) Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. (except during breaks and summer session) The pass gives access to: Rec Gymnasiums, pool, racquetball courts, and available exercise equipment.

The pass will be good for one year. (May 1st, 2009) With this pass, spouses or dependents are not eligible to play in intramural sports or participate in group fitness classes. Dependents may receive a pass until 23 yrs of age. Until 15 yrs of age, dependents must be accompanied by their adult sponsor. Note: possession of a family pass for the Reynolds Gymnasium does not give access to the fitness center.
**Pass holders must have an additional ID on person at all times**

The number of guests that may accompany a pass holder may be limited due to facility usage at that time.

Equipment Checkout
Equipment checkout is available for students, faculty and staff of the Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus. To checkout equipment, you must exchange your Wake Forest ID card for the piece of equipment desired. The Office of Campus Recreation will keep your card until the equipment is returned. If checking out a basketball, each ball is numbered, and that number must be returned in order to recover your card.

The Intramural Sports office is open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm except for during breaks and summer session. After 5pm, the gym's front security desk will be open for equipment check out on a limited basis. The security desk will monitor any cards still in the Campus Recreation office past 7pm.

Lockers/Showers
Lockers and showers are available for faculty and staff in the Reynolds Gymnasium. There are locker rooms located on the first and second floor of the gym. The first floor locker rooms (men’s and women’s) have entrances onto the pool deck. The first and second floor women's locker rooms are keyed. To obtain the combination, please come into the main Campus Recreation office (Reynolds Gym Rm. 214)
Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm.

The Miller Center Fitness Center's lockers and showers are located on the fourth floor. The lockers are for day use only.

Locker Reservation Process
(Only available for faculty & staff of the Reynolda Campus) In order to reserve a locker, please visit the main Campus Recreation office (Reynolds Gym Rm. 214). A valid Wake Forest ID is required to obtain a locker, and will be assigned depending on availability. Lockers will be kept for the entire fall, spring and summer sessions.
Note: locker renewals are required each year to ensure correct availability. Advanced notice will be given via email & phone message.
