Every Sunday 6-7pm, a new and different format!

10/18 - FALL BREAK, NO CLASS

11/1 - Restorative Yoga w/ Angie

All classes meet on the 4th floor of the Miller Ctr!

No experience or registration necessary, just show up! :-)

Certified Personal Trainer?

Metabolic Effect Personal Training Certification
is being held at WFU this Fall!

Once you certify, you can begin taking clients!
