WFU Campus Recreation presents:
FitStyle Fat-loss Program
for WFU Faculty and Staff

Register for the 1st annual fat-loss and lifestyle program that teaches its participants how to exercise, eat, sleep and de-stress to become healthier, fitter and happier!

September 15 - December 15, 2008

Program includes:
- Bi-weekly bodyfat analysis and measurements
- Free personal training session
- Individualized workouts and nutrition guidelines
-Fit lifestyle seminars presented by health experts
- Weekly group workouts
- Weekly Fit Tips
- Optional support seminars with other participants

This is NOT a weight-loss challenge! It is a 3-month-long educational program that teaches its participants how to change their lifestyle to become healthier and maintain long-term fat loss, improved body composition and optimal health.
