CARDIO CLASSES
- CARDIO & WEIGHT COMBO: Interval-training workout that uses vitually every muscle! Intergrates both aerobic kick-boxing and/or step aerobics with weight-training that targets all thr major muscle groups! (45 mins)

- CYCLING: Group stationary cycling is one of the hottest workouts around. Lights are dimmed, music is played and your instructor will lead you on a journey of long flats, hill climbs and sprints.

- NEW! METABOLIC EFFECT CYCLE: Only 30 minutes! Use the ME Exertion Scale to sprint hard and rest hard throughout this interval-based class where you are expected to push your limits then rest until you are ready to go again! (30 minutes)
- CYCLE AND ABS: Finish out your 45-minute spin class with instructor-led Ab-blasting moves! (60 minutes)
- CYCLE N' TONE: The biggest bang for your exercise buck! Get your daily dose of cardio and toning in this hybrid class combining cycling drills and weight-training exercises off the bike! (60 minutes)
- KICK-BOX: Jab, cross, bob and weave your way to fun and fitness in this intense cross-training workout. (60 minutes)
- 100% STEP: Combines the high intensity of stair climbing with the impact of walking. Movement is done on and around a bench placed at a height appropriate to your fitness level. (60 minutes)
SPECIALTY CLASSES
- PILATES MAT: Build flexibility and strength on the mat in this new and fun fitness trend. Improve core strength, posture, muscle tone and functional strength-- a great afternoon break for anyone who sits at a desk all day! (30 minutes)
- YOGA: The focus of this class will be to strengthen, stretch and tone your muscles through fluid, aerobic veryasana (a pattern of poses) and static isometric asanas (poses). (45-60 minutes)
- YOGALATES: A combination of your favorite yoga poses integrated with newer Pilates methods of training to not only stretch the body but also to increase core strength and tightening. (45-60 minutes)
STRENGTH CLASSES
- AB ATTACK: Work the abdominals and the lower back in this short power packed class. To burn fat and show off all of your hard work, don’t forget your cardio workouts 3-5 times per week. (20 minutes)
- BARBELL: This class features music and motivation for one SERIOUS muscle workout. Use our specialized group strength equipment to train the body from head to toe. (60 minutes)
- BUTTS & GUTS: Called out of retirement because of it's popularity, this class delivers the best results for toning and tightneing some particular areas of interest to exercisers! (60 minutes)
