Do you want to learn new spiritual practices? Do you desire to deepen your spiritual life? Do you need some time of quiet listening in the midst of a busy life?
Centering Prayer is a form of meditation or contemplative prayer that is grounded in the teachings of Father Thomas Keating.
Each week, we will have a time of brief check-in and 20 minutes of silence, followed by any sharing that emerges from the silence. An introduction and simple guidelines are provided for those who have not practiced Centering Prayer.
