"Can-I-Poet" would like to bring poets of The Strivers Row, an artist agency who specializes in representing spoken word artists. These artists "have been featured at The White House, the Sundance Film Festival, the Kennedy Center, in the HBO series Brave New Voices, in film, on stages with Grammy winning and nominated artists, and venues across the country." This event will feature two of their poets: Alysia Harris and Joshua Bennette. |
