The conference, consisting of individual sessions and round table discussions, provide an opportunity to share best practices and network with professionals throughout the region with a shared emphasis on comprehensive development opportunities for faculty and staff.
Session Topics include: building mission, vision, values; coaching; strategic planning; engaging faculty; creating development programs (leadership and competency initiatives); developing the whole person (i.e. health and well-being).
Hosted by, Wake Forest University’s Professional Development Center, 2012 CUPA-HR Innovation Award Winner.
The registration fee of $150 per attendee covers:
Welcome Dinner and Reception on Sunday night
Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday
Lunch on Monday
Materials and copies of presentations
