Description: Calling all tech support! If you are in a tech support position here at WFU, whether you are a member of the Service Desk team, the Service Support Team, the Instructional Technology Group, or any other team who offers technical assistance, this class is for you! Using WebEx Support Center, we can offer tech support regardless of actual distance between ourselves and the offending device.

With WebEx Support Center we are able to provide exceptional remote assistance, allowing us to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perhaps even "fix" computers. Please join us for this great class!
