| Description: |
The ensembles of the Choral Department at Wake Forest University will present music for the holiday season at this traditional annual event. The featured selections will be Ralph Vaughan Williams’s setting of Wassail Song sung by Concert Choir,Gustav Holst’s poignant anthem Lullay My Liking presented by the Collegium Vocal Ensemble, and carol arrangements from Carols for Choirs 1 from Oxford University Press performed by the Wake Forest Chamber Choir. The combined ensembles will sing Rachmaninoff’s The Six Psalms and a new arrangement of Hark! The Herald Angels Sing by Michael Culloton to close the program. Brian Gorelick, conductor. |
