Come join us and our partners, Walgreens and AARP, for free health screenings, including total cholesterol levels, blood pressure, bone density, glucose levels, waist circumference, and body mass index.
These screenings can help provide adults with a critical foundation for early disease detection and prevention.
This clinic is $160.00 worth of testing entirely FREE and available to all Wake Forest afiliated people. Please come learn vital information about yourself and the most effective prevention methods!
