Deacon fans, basketball season makes its return to Wake Forest! To kick off the 2012-13 season, the Wake Forest Men's and Women's basketball teams will host the third annual Black & Gold Madness on Saturday, Oct. 13, at 8 p.m. in Reynolds Gym.
There will be some exciting contests involving fans of all ages and current Wake Forest students. One lucky student will have the opportunity to win free books for a semester for sinking a half-court shot! The First 500 Deacon Fans will receive a special "Black and Gold Madness" T-Shirt.
The 2012-13 Men's and Women's teams will be announced and will participate in various activities throughout the event.
Admission to Black & Gold Madness is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and seating are first come, first served.
There will be free posters and schedule cards of both the Men's and Women's teams available.
