Wake Forest Law professor Tanya Marsh will present a one-hour discussion to shed light on the myths surrounding human remains and discuss what rights decedents have under North Carolina law to dictate the disposition of their remains, how the competing claims of surviving family members are resolved, and what kinds of disposition options are available. One hour of general CLE credit approved by the North Carolina Bar Association. |
