The Barn is a venue for student-centered social events. Student organizations and Reynolda Campus departments can reserve the space throughout the academic year. Outside of the academic year, The Barn can be reserved by other types of groups.

To request The Barn, begin by submitting a Barn Request Form. Questions about the space or the lottery process should be directed to Meghan Haenn at haennml@wfu.edu.

Pugh Auditorium is located on the second floor of the Benson University Center. It seats 280 people and comes equipped as follows:

Podium with microphone

LCD projector and screen

Broadband internet

DVD/VHS

Document camera

Cable television

Seats equipped with small fold-out table

Small lobby area suitable for event registration or reception

To request Pugh Auditorium, begin by submitting our Room Request Form. All requests must be made at least three business days in advance.

Benson 401 is a large multipurpose room located on the fourth floor of the Benson Center. It can be divided into four different spaces or opened up for large events, etc.

To request Benson 401, begin by submitting our Room Request Form. All requests must be made at least three business days in advance.

Shorty's is a full-service restaurant located within the food court area on the second floor of the Benson Center. The stage area may be reserved for programming purposes seven days a week after 8 pm.

If you would like to plan a dining event in Shorty's it is best to consult Shorty's at: 336-758-4141.

To request the use of Shorty's stage for a program, begin by submitting a Shorty's Stage Request Form. All requests must be made at least three business days in advance.

The Reynolda Green Room is a formal parlor space located in Reynolda Hall. Use of this space is by special permission only. All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

To request the Reynolda Green Room, begin by submitting a Reynolda Green Room Request Form. Because of the approval process involved, all requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

The START Gallery is a student art gallery space in Reynolda Village. University organizations may request the space for social events. For event-related questions, please contact START manager at 336-245-8508

No events with alcohol for student groups

Equipped with sound system, television monitor and DVD (must be requested in advance)

Prep kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, prep table and dual sink

To request the START Gallery, begin by submitting a START Gallery Request Form. All requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

The President's Garage is a renovated space on the grounds of the President's home. It is available only to chartered student groups and university departments. Prior approval is required for each event.

No alcohol allowed.
